Planning

From yes to I do! Whether you are local or planning a wedding from afar, let our experienced team assist you in selecting the perfect venue, capture your design vision, secure the area’s sought-after vendors and juggle all of your logistics. We keep you on track, streamline your schedule, handle all of your vendor relations, help you stay organized and share all of our expertise, because hey, we’ve done this a couple of times! We are here to answer questions along the way and will guide you through the process with patience and grace while delivering an unforgettable planning experience.

Designing

You have a great sense of style, yet you don’t know where to start when designing your event. Let Infinite Events capture your look and take over the stylistic elements of your event. We will work closely with you to learn your authentic taste to develop your wedding style. Curate the perfect team of professionals and bring your wedding vision to life. From stationery to floral, furniture to lighting, we will establish an elegant, unforgettable event that is cohesive, timeless and uniquely yours.

Managing

If you have planned the entire soirée on your own and you would like to celebrate without a worry, then hiring a professional to manage the details on the day-of is essential. This program is designed to let you enjoy your entire event, your guests and will let you be fully present in the moment. Our main goal: To ensure things run smoothly and precisely as you wish, but most importantly, to make you feel like a guest at your wedding.

user-friendly portal is a place to stay organized, inspired and on top of all the little details. There are so many aspects to planning an event and so many questions — when should invitations go out, book entertainment, order my dress? You may not know where to start, but rest assured, we are here to eliminate all the uneasiness in planning an event.

FAQ

  • Q. Is a wedding coordinator or planner needed if the venue offers someone?

    YES, YES, YES! If we could shout this from all rooftops we would. A professional planner and a venue coordinator are not the same thing nor the same experience. Venue coordinators do just that, they coordinate all things related to the venue but that is usually where their responsibilities end. While we most certainly overlap in some ways, venue Coordinators are truly experts on the property & facilities and are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations, such as overseeing the on-site staff, in-house services and generally managing the property (venue).

     

    For planners, YOU are our priority and we help to ensure that YOUR wedding day is planned and executed as you’d like it to be. We can also help you design a style that may be uncommon in the space you’ve chosen.   • Q. Will you work with vendors we select, or only those you recommend?

    We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors! We do offer vendor matchmaking where we pair our clients up with vendors that meet their style, personality and financial plan so they don’t have to spend hours researching. We have worked hard at developing these relationships, have a keen sense for pairing our clients up with the best vendors and can guarantee the quality of the service of the vendors we suggest. Nevertheless, we are always happy to meet and work with new vendors!

  • Q. Won’t a wedding planner just do what they want?

    Absolutely not! Here at Infinite Events, we are here to guide you, give you all of our knowledge and make your wedding vision a reality. If we think there is a better way or option, we will suggest it, but ultimately, in the end, it’s your decision, and we support it a hundred percent.

  • Q. What should a client look for when hiring a wedding planner?

    Experience and personality are key. It’s best to hire a planner who has been providing this service for numerous years because that person is likely to have copious relationships with vendors, as well as an abundance of knowledge about negotiating, organizing and conflict resolution. You also need someone calm, there are a lot of emotions, and someone who knows how to handle them is a great asset to be on your side during this journey. Personality is important also — it should be someone with whom you jive with because you’ll be spending a lot of time communicating with each other.

  • Q. What do you wish more people knew about wedding planners?

    Three things:

    1 – We are an essential part of the planning. We are the glue to all your vendors, details and the person who will be the mediator for your family. We hold your best interest at heart and go out of our way to make sure your day is perfect.

    2 – We should not be included in your budget, and our fees should not scare you. On average, we work 350+ hours on a single wedding alone, that’s more than any other wedding vendor will offer you. We should be considered something like an insurance policy; you should not plan a wedding without us!

    3 – “Day-of” planners don’t exist. For everything to run smoothly on your wedding day, a planner has to work with a client for at least four to six weeks prior to the event to make sure all the details and vendors are on the same page for a properly executed event.

  • Q. What if I have already done all of the planning. Can you still help me?

    Yes! That’s just what our Wedding Day Management is designed for. We can confirm and take over the management of your selected vendors, we can assist in running your ceremony rehearsal, as well as be there while you are getting ready in the morning. We will also handle your ceremony and reception coordination to make sure everything goes as planned.

  • Q. What are your payment structures?

    We have two options, 50% due at signing and the remaining balance is due three weeks prior to the event date or we offer the option of 4 installments over the course of your planning (This option applies to all programs except Wedding Day Management).

  • Q. Do you charge a fee for an initial consultation?

    Nope! We don’t charge a fee for our first initial consultation, as we see it as the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
